RCT to evaluate the efficacy of two group interventions aimed at reducing risk-factors for disordered eating

Females aged 17-25

Participants are randomly allocated to one of two group programs (acceptance or cognitive dissonance), or an assessment-only control group. Both group programs consist of 3 x 1hr weekly sessions. Questionnaire assessments are completed online on 4 occasions over 6 months.
