Outpatient treatment: CCI is a specialist clinical psychology service, offering evidenced-supported treatments for adolescents, young adults and adults with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, purging disorder or atypical variants of these disorders. We offer Enhanced Cognitive Therapy (CBT-E) across all age groups, and Family Based Therapy (aka “Maudsley treatment”) to adolescents.

Web resources: CCI offers online self-help packages for individuals with body image and disordered eating issues (http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm) and online handouts for GPs and other health professionals (http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/mhp.cfm).

Training and education: CCI conducts workshops for clinicians and health professionals in introductory and advanced formats in Western Australia, and interstate on demand. The workshops cover assessment, diagnosis and treatment, and the treatment approach is oriented in enhanced cognitive behaviour therapy.
